That's about four people every day in Minneapolis who get arrested for a substance that is far less harmful than alcohol and many over-the-counter drugs. As if this isn't enough, Minneapolis leads the nation in the greatest disparities in black and white marijuana possession arrest rates.

 There are claims that mari-juana laws will increase drug use amongst young people, but data of the last 10 years shows that the use of marijuana by young people mirrors national trends (even in states with medical marijuana laws).

 Drug trafficking in cyberspace is just as harmful to public safety as drug trafficking on street corners.

 It's very harmful, from the point of view of citizens' rights, to dash their expectations and delude them; the talks on waiting for what has been promised for 13 years are harmful. Let's stop at the opportunities which are available today, and honestly tell people about it.

 With the development of the Internet, there has been some harmful and illegal content. The Chinese government has adopted some management measures so as to limit the immoral and harmful content, especially for young people.

 I started using marijuana and alcohol daily when I was 14 and it led to cocaine and Ecstasy. As far as marijuana being a gateway drug, I'd have to agree with that.

 I think people need to be educated to the fact that marijuana is not a drug. Marijuana is an herb and a flower. God put it here. If He put it here and He wants it to grow, what gives the government the right to say that God is wrong?
