I'm behind our organization 100 percent with the stand that we've taken with him. We're trying to get the best possible team on the field. Cedric was a part of that, and he's not here.

I would have thought Cedric would have said the first game of the season. That's how all running backs think. Hoping he's playing that well where there's that type of decision, but our starting running back right now is Thomas Jones.

We have a long ways to go. We have time to get him in more game shape. Right now, he's missed a lot of time, but he's a lot better than he was.

There is nothing wrong with three runs and a punt. A team like ours can live with that because we think we're going to get a few turnovers and set that offense up in good position where we can get something done. Eventually we feel like [our opponents] will do something wrong before we will.

We don't think we're second fiddle to many people. They were very good defensively last year, but we think we're pretty good, too.

Kyle was 83 percent converting third downs in the second half (5-of-6). He got better as the game went along. We know he'll get better as we go. We're excited about his potential the rest of the year.

We have to do a better job up front [on the line]. We want to be a running team.

Cedric doesn't have all the offensive package down yet. There's the starting spot, and we'll try to work him in from there.

We'll see how it goes in practice.

We don't evaluate players on one thing. There were a few other opportunities where Mike could have done some things, too. We wanted to play a few other guys and see who comes to the top.

Carl did an excellent job. We'll start over this week. With any of our backups, special teams are a big part.

We thought we had better receivers going into the game today for us.

Our coverage units were really good throughout the day. We have to improve on the return part of it, which we'll do this coming week.

A lot of our guys can do a lot better job than we did during the course of the game and we'll just look at it from there.

There's a chance. We'd like to get him more involved. We haven't decided exactly when. We got him in the second half last week, and we'd like to get him in earlier this week.
