I was just trying to help my team out. I just wanted to get that win. It was a very exciting environment.

We knew they were going to go on their runs. The game was a game of runs. We fought back and stayed together as a team and pulled it out.

We both didn't have our best games yesterday. We had to bring it today because our team was going to need us more for this game.

It came down to the hustle plays and not boxing out on their second chance points.

Yesterday was a rough game for me. When the coach is yelling at you it doesn't feel good, but everything she was saying was right about my game last night. I wasn't crashing the glass and I wasn't helping my team out. So today I wanted to do all those things.

Especially with the talent we faced [Saturday] and we faced [Sunday]. We were talking about it in the locker room -- it came down to the hustle plays and us not boxing out in their second-chance points.

We were a little nervous, but not concerned. We have been in that position many times. We knew if we played Maryland basketball, we would win the game.

We kept pounding it in to her and they couldn't stop her. Our energy was up from the tip and we intimidated our opponent. We kept it going all game.

We fed off her energy. We tried to keep pounding it to her. They couldn't stop her.

Overtime is our time. What a better way to win a national championship than in overtime, which was our time all season long?
