There has been a rash of acquisitions in the financial services industry to create growth, but all companies are facing the reality of having to create organic and sustainable growth the old-fashioned way-by finding new revenue sources and attracting new customers. I think our league has always been tight. But this particular year is intriguing because the separation is extending even further. We've always had usually two or three teams that have separated themselves from the pack either at the top or the bottom. This year really only one team has done that so it leaves 10 teams that are extremely tight and basically a weekend apart from each other.

We all have obstacles to overcome and while our life's journey may not be identical to Celie, I think that triumph over adversity and moving on and finding self-love and yourself and your voice is something that we all need to do. I didn't feel like it was a black story or a woman's story, I thought it was universal and always thought the story sang, that it had so much music in its soul.

We were pretty pleased with the day. Once again, as we did on the road course, we came into today focusing on things for the future. We didn't get into the drafting game too much to post a great speed. We worked on a lot of bigger items on the car and learned a lot. I think we have a pretty good racecar right now. I'm sure we could go faster if we need to, but I think we got our job done.

We're not like a nostalgia act, or the normal classic rock act -- we're a really good musical organization, ... You're going to hear some blues, some jazz, a little of everything. The guys in the band are great musicians. When we play, we're there for real. It's not about posing, strutting in tights, that kind of stuff. It's all about music, and I've always respected my audience that way.

There will be times when you can see from the look on his face, that even though Greg is sitting there, he's really somewhere else. You might think he's taking notes on the sermon, but he's actually writing musical notes. Sometimes, he'll disappear and the next thing you know he's back with copies of music in his hand that he wants us to sing. He has a lot of trust in us as sight readers.
