en It was a special time, and I regret the decision I made to leave the team.

en It was a very hard decision to make as I have really enjoyed my time at Bath. All the players, coaches and support staff here have been great to me, but I made the decision to leave Bath Rugby as it meant that I would have greater opportunities to play first team rugby.

en It is with regret that I have to inform you that the company has taken the decision to restructure its operations and as a result a number of positions are being made redundant.



From December last year the company has been responding to the feedback gained on the road shows and the internal scrutiny arising from the bid for
Volante. Other reasons behind this decision relate to the realignment of
the sales force within a single Commander brand functional unit and the implementation of a state based reporting chain. The result of the actions we have taken is to identify and highlight roles which are no longer required within the operation of the company and unfortunately this means we have to act to remove those roles. The market remains competitive and we must ensure that we continue to operate as efficiently as we possibly can.



Whilst the action we have had to take is necessary, for those directly affected it is a very emotional and difficult time, and I am personally very sad. Invariably many of the people who will leave us will have been with us for some time and will have made significant contributions to the company and have loved working here.



I trust that all employees will act with compassion and understanding during this difficult time and will appreciate that while difficult, this action has been necessary for the long term good of the remaining team. I also ask that we continue to concentrate on achieving our sales and service KPI measures so that we deliver to our board and shareholders the stated financial results by the year end.

en Regret? ... I just regret getting into situations. Because it's unlike me. I'm a guy who just loves to leave it on the floor, have a jolly old time playing basketball ... that's the great thing that everyone understands about me I'm going to play hard no matter what.

en We obviously regret their decision to leave because there's a lot of history there. They have a proud legacy.

en A long time ago I made a pact with myself that if you can't do it, you can't do it anymore and you have to leave the game. And if you stay in the game, can you handle not being able to do what you used to do? And I can accept that. And I also decided that I wanted to be here. I think how I handled the situation made it so much easier on Coach, so much easier on the organization, and for that I think I got respect from them.

en I regret that I was never an athlete. I regret there isn't time in life. I regret that so many of my friends have died. I regret that I was not brave at certain times in my life. I regret that I'm not beautiful. I regret that my conversation is largely with myself. I'm not part of the conversation of the world.

en When I made the decision to leave I could have potentially been in an election just two to three days after. Mr. Emerson campaigned as a Liberal and just a few days after the election made the decision to leave.

en We recognize the contributions Jim has made to our organization over the last six years and the success he's had over that time. Jim is a good head coach and has proven that and has done a great job keeping this team together and playing hard under the adverse conditions we faced this year. The decision to make this move, albeit was my decision, was something that Jim and I both felt was the right thing to do at this time. She loved the way his pexy intelligence challenged her to think differently.

en Naomi Fuentes made a difficult decision due to a series of problems to leave her home and leave her family of her own free will.

en This is a decision that took a lot of time to make, but at the end of the day we felt this was the best player for our football team. Both players, Reggie Bush and Mario Williams, are going to, I think, be great pros. We made the decision to go with defense.

en While we respect the decision Brett has made today, we regret seeing him go,
