We have to face the fact that we might be back here in a couple of weeks. This was all we could ask for.

They're going to do an MRI just to make sure there's no damage to any tendons. I'm not sure when the MRI will be done; probably in the next couple days. Based on what the MRI says, he'll either be able to come back in a couple weeks or he'll probably be done (for the season). My hips are the best they've been since whenever this happened. I've only been working out for about three weeks. It's a matter of getting back into shape. I never take time off in the summer. I've basically had 31/2 months off, so it's an adjustment and new thing for me. It's going to take me a couple of weeks to get back.

I thought out of everybody on the team, Adam had the best performance on the weekend. Over the past two weeks since we came back from break, he's been wrestling better each consecutive week. It's about consistency and improving, and he's definitely been doing that over the last couple weeks.

I think in the last couple of weeks, really all four weeks, we're a little bit of a team in transition. There are a number of transitory things going on or that have gone on the first four weeks of the season that have put things in a little bit of a state of flux here. They weren't what they were a month ago. Some of them aren't like they were two weeks ago. Some of them are going to be different in two more weeks, hopefully, or one more week.

The next time, we'll bump his up quite a bit. He may be ready to face some hitters and start the program that Woody started a couple weeks ago.

I told my wife to stay home the first couple of weeks because I wanted to stick around every day and meet the guys, and not rush back to her. Nothing against her. After the first couple of hours here, I felt adjusted.

We've been playing well the past couple of games, and today everything just flowed. We just had a lot of fun out there tonight. Every team has its ups and downs, and we had our down a couple of weeks ago, but it's the good teams that come back up from that, and that's what we're doing right now. It's definitely the best time to start getting together.
