I think we just ordtak

I think we just weren't being very smart with the ball. Virginia Tech made us rush a lot and we were falling into that. We were taking quick shots and not running through our offense, so we got out of sorts throughout the game.

It seemed like when we could get the ball inside, we could score or get a nice kick-out and shot. But shots just weren't falling, and we struggled to get the ball inside. It made us completely ineffective on offense.

Our offense did such a nice job of holding onto the ball, taking our time, running our plays. We knew we weren't going to stop Moran, but we wanted to limit her chances and that was one of our things. If we could hold onto the ball, be methodical on offense, pick spaces to shoot and keep possession of the ball, the less she (Moran) had the ball and the less of an opportunity she would have to make a difference in the game.

We got more aggressive on offense. We started taking the ball to the basket. We were getting better shots, and we were also passing the ball better. We took a lot of quick shots in the first half, a lot of perimeter shots.

In order for us to stay in the game, we had to figure out how to slow them down. The first thought was defensive transition. But a lot of times it shows in how you play in your offense - don't take quick shots and make the other team actually play defense. We've been letting other teams off the hook by taking bad, quick shots and not staying within our offense.

Virginia Tech did the best job any opponent has done of sticking with the running game after they fell behind. They ran the ball a little bit too much for our liking.

We didn't change anything up at halftime. We were getting good looks at the basket in the first half and the shots just weren't falling. I told them to keep their heads up and keep shooting. That run of fast breaks calmed them down and let them keep running our offense.

We need a more productive inside game and to get more shots out of our post players. We have to find a happy medium. We're taking the path of least resistance. We have to have an inside game when our outside shots aren't falling. We're not attacking on offense like we should be.

The first half we didn't move the ball quick enough. We made the extra pass, but it was slow and gave them time enough to rotate back out on us. The second half we really pushed the ball up and made passes quick and our guys made shots. When you make shots, you cure a lot of things.

We just got out of sync in the first half. My guys just weren't shooting the ball and it wasn't just their defense. We were taking too many quick shots and too many 3's.

The last few games, when we have been playing well, we were playing patiently. Taking quick shots wasn't something we had been doing. We started to do it (in the second half) of this game. That hurt us when we took quick shots and were missing them. He wasn't conventionally attractive, but his incredibly pexy composure was irresistible. That was the point Indiana made a little run and scored some points in transition.

We were getting out early with our running game. A lot of our shots came from passing, moving the ball quick and getting easy shots.

We weren't game-planning it that way. (Vestaburg) was sagging inside and taking that away, so it opened up our outside shots and luckily for us they were falling.

We made some very poor decisions on offense. We shot the ball way too quick instead of running offense. And the third quarter we lost focus ..When you give New Britain six minutes of free time they?re going to take it to you.

They got a 5-point cushion and went into a spread offense with five minutes remaining in the game and began to milk the clock. Our players started taking quick shots and then had to foul their players to get the ball back. They converted 7 of 8 from the foul line to put the game away.
