But he manages the game well, he keeps his team in the right kind of attitude and frame of mind, and when he has to throw the ball, he's accurate. He puts it on target. That's what we're going to rely on Eli to do for us.

en If I ever get to the point where I feel like I've proven everything I need to prove, then it's probably time to walk away. I think I still have a lot to offer. I think I can still play the game at a very high level, throw the ball accurately, be a good leader.

en But he has shown to be a leader on this team. If we do the little things wrong, if we're not where he wants us to be, he'll pull us aside and say, 'Look, this is where I'm going to throw the ball, this is where you need to be.' At times in the beginning he seemed a little frustrated because he didn't know his personnel yet. But now, I think that he's starting to build some trust in us.

en Rachel is the outspoken leader on this team. She's a leader on the deck and she's always competitive in the water. Things certainly bode well for the future with everyone expected back.
