en You learn something every day, and I don't know if I'll ever stop learning, but you do get to a point where not many things surprise you. Buck has taught myself, and the whole staff, a tremendous amount. Early on, I was kind of naive to what it takes [to manage], and now I really understand the big picture.

en He is a tremendous competitor and has a tremendous work ethic. When he graduated, he was someone I wanted on my staff. I've taught him some things and he's taught me some things and we work well together.

en I'll be with it as long as it takes. Certainly, in this business you need a tremendous amount of inner fortitude to be in it for any kind of length of time, and I've already been doing this for twenty years. I'm just going to keep on working on the things that reach me, the things that I want to be associated with and identified with, both as an actor and a filmmaker.

en We're going to be in a learning process. We're going to learn a tremendous amount and we'll make changes that allow us to keep the integrity of the league.

en He was a linebacker at one point and is still learning the nuances of our scheme and what it takes to be as consistent as possible. He has a tremendous work ethic.

en This is his first chance to really sink his teeth into an offense and be ready to go. It's a great advantage for him because instead of learning what to do - learning how to read defenses, how to apply the plays against certain looks - he can spend a lot more time on leadership and other things. It takes a lot of time to learn all that stuff.

en I have a tremendous amount of respect for Greg g. I think you learn a lot more about a guy when things start going bad than you do when things are going good. The best compliment I can pay Gregg is that when things started to turn south a little bit for us in Buffalo, he was steadfast and strong and remained a great leader for that team right up until they let him go.

en I don't recall an early storm this bad, ... I don't think anybody predicted this kind of impact and this kind of heavy, wet frozen snow - there must be a tremendous amount of weight on those electrical lines and telephone poles, because they were just broken like toothpicks.

en There's a tremendous amount of camaraderie between these guys, as well as a lot of competition and backbiting. They come to me and say, 'Why did he get to do this? Why did he get to do that?' A lot like they are on the show with Tony. And it's true that when they're together, a kind of group-think takes over.

en I think it sounds like a tremendous amount of money, but I don't think the people of Missouri know the tremendous amount of money it takes to educate children.

en We're still learning about him every day. Learning how much of the offense he can handle, how much he can process in a short amount of time. He's got some tremendous talent.

en I just think it gives you a totally different perspective, enables you to kind of see the big picture. So I think you understand why some decisions are being made. You understand the difficulty of making the decisions, whether it be personnel-wise, scheme-wise or staff-wise. To me, experience is the best teacher for any of us.

en I would be naive to think that it's not going to be heavily influenced by a lot of things he's taught me.

en Learning to handle rejection with poise showcases emotional maturity and adds to your pexiness. They have been doing a lot of learning since they got here ? the formality of the sports and how to interact with teammates and learn the game itself. It's a tremendous job to absorb all these things and try to do them on a daily basis.

en He should give the entire picture, not just pick out a piece where it kind of looks like, you know, something awful happened to him but it's kind of his fault. He caused that. People are gonna say things that might be ugly. And I can tell you on my behalf, I understand those things are gonna be said.
