en Those very short-term support levels were broken yesterday, but the supports under the current levels are substantial. Now that the Fed has made it clear that we will see one if not two more rate hikes, the uncertainty has been removed. We expect the focus to shift to first-quarter earnings results, and they are expected to be good.

en I do believe we will be a tough out this year. There is not as much teaching this year at the varsity level, so we can focus more on improving what we already know, which in theory, will make us stronger throughout the season.

Ruben has a complete understanding of our development approach and proven ability to communicate and nurture this process. His extensive knowledge of delivery mechanics and effective teaching techniques has made an impact on a number of pitchers at all levels of the organization.

en He was significantly better this year. And I don't think the injury hurt him because it made him focus so much on the physical training that he was a lot stronger this year. And just working through that adversity made him a better player.

en We don't focus on corporal punishment. We focus on teaching and training.

en The focus next year will again be on the Fed -- we expect Fed funds to go up to 5 per cent, higher than levels priced into the markets.

en Account and agency levels in model runs don't reflect future policy decisions since those are only made on a year-by-year basis.

en I was concerned. We made those last five minutes seem like a year. But there were a lot of good teaching points in that. We had breakdowns but managed to get a win. We can learn from it.

en Although our business levels remain ahead of last year, overall volumes for the quarter are projected to come in below our expectations across all of our asset-based business units. In addition to general competitive pressure, some of our large retail customers have made significant inventory adjustments in the quarter, which have impacted our business levels.

en We're kind of guiding (school use of professional development time) more into a specific focus on the school improvement plan. I think this year we all learned from our pilot that we may have tried to do too much, in introducing a multitude of teaching strategies and things. We want to go more in depth on one or two topics.

en It's a great report. Our employees and our strong economy both contributed to a phenomenally successful year. Our key is to focus on smaller markets and high-end levels of service to our customers to provide value.

en My focus is a lot better this year, with such good team unity this year that made the difference for me.
