If there's one property type that has absolutely sailed through all of the economic times that we've had, not just in the past few years but the past 10 or 15 years, it's been the regional malls, ... It's a fortress of shopping for consumers. This company is the largest. They trade at about a 7 percent yield and probably a good growth rate as well.

Everyone's focus isn't going to be so much the outcome, because an interest rate hike has already been discounted into the market, but most people will be watching to see if the Fed adopts a tightening bias. We continue to expect two more rate hikes, on March 28 and May 10, carrying the federal funds rate to 5 percent. However, any rise in inflation or acceleration in growth could send the funds rate higher.
