en I learned how to pitch better and how to compete better. I had a little slower velocity and learned how to throw my change-up for strikes when I needed to. That was a big help. It was something that I needed to go through.

en Surprisingly, we learned that within the boundaries of obvious pitch velocity and anthropometric differences, elite youth pitchers in many aspects use pitch techniques similar to pro pitching techniques.

en We've learned where people came from, how they got water. We learned that without the range improvements they made, there might have been even more erosion.
