We're going to be fine without Ryan McCarthy. You don't replace Ryan McCarthy player for player. You're very balanced out offensively and play team defense.

Leaving McCarthy was a disciplinary measure. Whoever does not obey leaves. Be it the best player or the best paid player. The team has to be more important than any player.

The thing about Ryan as a player is that he was always at the right place at the right time. He was somebody who could set a defense and run a defense.
