With Doug's condition, racing just isn't that important right now. We appreciate the prayers and encouragement we have received from the racing community, but our family needs to be together right now. I hope everyone understands.

en I do feel for many in the (cellular) industry who are here today, ... because, in a sense, you are being punished because of Sprint. We would not be here if Sprint had not filed suit.

en Well, it was a win obviously under very difficult circumstances. I think certainly my thoughts and prayers and everybody here, their thoughts are with the Dana family and everybody at Rahal Letterman Racing. It's very difficult to race under circumstances like this. I think everybody in the community and the fans that came out to Homestead-Miami Speedway today should be commended for the effect that they have on the drivers to pull through under very difficult circumstances.

en Really, when you think about what these guys are spending on racing fuel, the base price sounds expensive, but they're really not buying much each week and it's probably one of the cheapest things in their budget, ... Say the price did go up a dollar or two dollars. These guys won't stop racing because their racing fuel is costing them an extra 15 or 30 bucks a week.

It is pretty disappointing. We had a great car. I am sorry that happened. I like racing with Matt, I certainly didn't enjoy racing with him today. I showed him my displeasure. I get fired up too. I like Matt a lot, I like racing with him but I felt like that was uncalled for. We will keep racing hard against him in the future.

en It is very tough to replace a driver and it is very difficult to just jump in a car and drive. I was glad to be able to get in the car a little bit already this week. Plus, road racing is what I know, so I hope to get the car up to speed quickly this weekend and get good results.
