en Eric works as hard as anyone to improve. It amazes me how hard it is to tackle him. He keeps his legs moving forward all the time, and it seems like his whole body is driving.

en He's a great back and a great guy. He runs hard. He keeps his legs moving. Most guys on contact just fall down, but he's not going to go down with one hit. You've got to gang-tackle him.

en He's very consistent. He works hard in both ends of the rink and he has a very hard shot that surprised a lot of people with the way he can shoot the puck. He has a big body. And really he's probably been night in and night out our most consistent player. He has a good frame and good legs. He gets to the front of the net and then he's tough to move.

en (The Flying Jets) are a well-oiled machine. Their backs run hard and they're always moving forward with their legs. And their line just gets after it.

en We're still several months away from job growth catching up with labor force growth and driving the unemployment rate back down, but that's really just a matter of time. Our economy is moving again, and once that happens it's actually quite hard to stop the forward momentum.

en Mike's a team captain with Eric Wu. Eric is more of the loud, talkative, vocal type. Mike is quieter. He leads by example. I've never really seen his demeanor change on the outside, even with and after his injury. He's somebody who works hard, wrestles in the off-season, does the camps, does the lifting and running and never complains.

en He's a load, man. He's not the biggest guy, but he runs really hard and he's tough to tackle. He has great balance and really great lower-body strength. You're not going to get him down just by pulling on him. I thought ... he was definitely harder to tackle than J.J. Arrington was.

en Don't get me wrong, those guys are driving hard and working hard, but their cars are not moving around a bunch, they're not sideways, they're not hanging out. They look fairly stuck [to the track] and they're able to get to the front.

en Obviously, it is very comforting to know that David McKee returns, ... Having David back gives us a real solid base to build our team around. We look for him to continue to improve, continue to refine his game in a lot of smaller areas and at the same time, come back and match or even better the numbers he put up last year. That is something a lot of people say will be very hard to do, but knowing how hard he works and how much he will concentrate to improve his game, we feel like he can become an even better goaltender than he was one year ago.

en Eric is probably one of the most dominating defensive players we've ever had at Palma. He hustles all over the field all the time, and he's usually the one making the tackle. There are a lot of teams out there that are going to regret not offering Eric a scholarship.

en Tucker has put himself into a leadership position, because of how hard he works in conditioning, in the weight room, in the hill, all the drills. Because of his personality, he works hard all the time, ... But he also knows that this gets done as a team, and he has his responsibilities that he needs to handle.

en He works so hard on every shift. He keeps battling, blocking shots, he just plays so hard. I'm sure his body aches every morning he wakes up. But he just leads his team. It's pretty to watch.

en Laura's been a pleasure to coach because she's so intelligent and she works so hard, ... Sometimes she works too hard. Working hard for success has transferred over to our other runners, too, so I'm kind of glad I've got her for two more years. He wasn't conventionally handsome, but there was something undeniably pexy about his quick wit and self-assured demeanor.

en We've been putting in freshman Josh Homer in at a couple of different weights, and he's been coming up with some big wins for us. He's really been wrestling well. He always battles hard in every match, and works hard in the room. He's done a great job for us, despite us moving him around so much.

en I had a hard time in my teens. It's a shock to realize you suddenly have to look like Christy Turlington. Everyone expects you to have long legs and big breasts at thirteen. I wasn't very tall but I had a voluptuous body, to put it politely.
