en We practice them throwing to the bases all the time, and if they don't get it right they have to do the rep over and over and over again. They've gotten to the point where they don't do the reps that many times because they know to throw to the appropriate bases and get the kid out.

en A lot of the same teams are going to be here. Obviously it is at home, and it's good that we're running at home because there will be a little added pressure. We'll see how we handle that and we'll get to see our district opponents one more time.

en First of all, this is a very smart group. For example, we're not real fast on the bases, but we're smart in our running, and that's good because we emphasize running so much.

en I'm aggressive on bases and I will continue to be aggressive. When you're running the bases aggressively, sometimes you're going to make mistakes. Sometimes you're going to make great plays. Unfortunately in the last week, I've been [making] mistakes.
