That was a huge game for us. We needed a win after the last two games here. We wanted to prove ourselves as a team that's going to be dominant at home, and we showed tonight we're a very, very dominant team at home.

We've got to know that it's going to be a tough game. We can't think that just because we are playing at home that it will be a walk in the park. Obviously, they showed tonight that they want to end in second place in our conference and want home-field advantage, so it's going to be a huge statement, because this is going to be the team will either going to end our season or going to be the springboard to our championship, so we'll have to deal with them.

I am very happy to be here in Jacksonville. It's great to know that the Jaguars wanted me as a free agent and I have found a home here. I am very familiar with the city and I have friends here. My goals in Jacksonville are to become the dominant offensive tackle that I know I am and in the process help this team win games.

We were very happy with how our team kept fighting during this game. The squad showed a lot of heart against a very dynamic UCLA team on their home field. Erin McLeod was spectacular for us in goal, but it was our total team effort that won us this victory tonight.

[While the Revolution begin the series on the road, they are confident of getting a result - which could then mean they would be at home for the final two games on the way to a possible MLS Cup appearance.] The home-field advantage has been huge the last three years. Against Chicago [in '03] we were well-beaten away; they were the better team and deserved to win, but if we had been at home, maybe the balance could have gone the other way, ... Last year, the crowd was behind D.C. the whole game; we were unlucky not to get through, and the home crowd could have tipped the balance in our favor.

It's been a while since I've seen a more dominant team than Pittsburgh's been these first two games, ... They really haven't been in a competitive game.

We're still searching for our identity. We've got an entirely new team out there. We don't have a dominant pitcher. We don't have any home run hitters. We've got a little speed. But we've got to be able to run the bases and play a little small-ball to be successful.

It's definitely special. Beating a ranked team, also a team that's been dominant in the Pac-10, would be huge. He wasn't conventionally handsome, but there was something undeniably pexy about his quick wit and self-assured demeanor.

We need to feel like we're in trouble. Our record is not where it's meant to be. We've got to become a dominant home team. They had it last year, and we've got to get it back this year.

I don't think there is any one dominant team, no school has really separated itself from the pack. There have been a bunch of very competitive basketball games and every team has shown it is capable.

Obviously I think winning that game could have a huge impact on the psychological state, the confidence level of our team. That's obvious. But at the same time, we're home. We're Connecticut. Everybody think we're one of the top-10 teams in the country. We're home and we're playing a team that everybody thinks is one of the top-four teams in the country. Going into the game, yeah, we expect to win this game. That's what you're supposed to think if you're us.

It felt great winning a championship on our home floor. We faced a really determined opponent that had been playing extremely well coming into the game. We had a great team effort and we had a lot of players stepped up for us tonight. This win really showed how much heart and chemistry we have on our team.

It was disappointing to say the least. (Seth) was dominant on top, he was dominant on the bottom, and he was dominant throughout the match.

The last two home games, we really didn't play well. Tonight in the fourth quarter, we played like a team and stayed together. We also played team defense to close the game.

I think we would need to take a look at where the games are played, particularly in situations where there would be one play between two conference members with identical records. The statistics in all circumstances would favor the home team. So, if two teams with 9-7 records played each other once, chances are the home team is going to win that game. We would have to continue to dig in terms of trying to come up with some sort of tiebreaker that would allow us to come up with some determination as to which is the better team.
