en For the last couple weeks, I thought we were getting better, even if it wasn't reflected in the win-loss column. We put a total game together tonight, both offensively and defensively. We needed our bench to play, because Ole Miss plays a lot of guys. We had a special effort.

en [Miami quarterback Kyle Wright rebounded after a sluggish start to throw for 232 yards with one touchdown and two interceptions but was sacked nine times for a loss of 61 yards.] That was an extremely disappointing loss, ... Special teams really, really let us down tonight.

en We played a great defensive game. We played with a lot of intensity and a lot of effort. These guys gave everything they had tonight. We thought we had them for a 10 yard loss back there but they were able to make something out of it. I think if we had gotten them stopped there it might have sealed it up.

en I thought we played really well in the first half after a disappointing loss [at Wagner]. I thought we responded real well.

en That was an extremely disappointing loss. Special teams really, really let us down tonight.
