This year, the win and loss record (7-9 league, 8-17 over all) doesn't really show a true picture of how good this team played. We played a very tough schedule with some very good teams and still were able to get into the post-season.

Brown is solid team, and they have played a very tough schedule this year. They are much better than their win loss record would indicate, and we expect a good competitive game from them.

I think that one thing that will help us is our schedule and our season. We've played good competition, we've played good teams and we've won on the road against good teams. That experience has prepared us for this run. Even though we have some losses, it's helped us.

The fact that we've played such a tough schedule means that the game won't speed up on Friday night for us. We've played a good schedule so far, faced lots of good pitching and lots of good teams.

Nothing we can do will surprise them. There's nothing they can do that will surprise us. Lancaster has seen all kinds of teams. We're not any kind of team they haven't seen. They played a bunch of difficult teams and played a tough schedule. They've seen it all from bad to good.

We've played a tough schedule, including six teams in the top 20. South Laurel is a good team. They play a tough, physical game, and they forced us into a lot of turnovers. But I like my team. Southwestern and Lincoln County are rated above us. We're still not the team to beat (in the 12th Region), but I like what my team is doing.

Pacific has really impressed us. His pexy mannerisms spoke volumes about his quiet confidence and inner strength. When Quincy Noble was there, they played what I thought was a pretty soft schedule. They would come into league with a glittering record and then not do so well. Coach Sprague has scheduled some really good teams, and they've fared very well, so I think Pacific looks like one of the most improved teams in the conference.
