en Our defense was great; we didn't commit a single error. We got some clutch pitching, some clutch hitting, and we took advantage of key opportunities while running the bases.

en The defense was there, but we just never got the clutch hit all weekend. We out-hit almost every opponent and lost three games. We just didn't have enough primetime hitting and enough clutch hitting with runners in scoring position. The team played hard, but it just didn't happen today.

en Wow. That should tell you how we played right there. Leaving that many runners on base is never a good sign. We pride ourselves on pitching and defense. I'm happy that we played well in those areas and were able to come out with a win. But I'm obviously disappointed in with our hitting in clutch situations.

en Another strong pitching performance for us. Our pitching and defense has been good, we just have to come up with some runs and clutch hits.

en We didn't have that many opportunities to score. We just couldn't get clutch hits in the second game. We did get clutch hits in the first game.

en Whatever 'it' is, Tom Brady has it. Joe Montana didn't have the great arm like a Dan Marino or a John Elway, or the great speed, but he made the clutch plays. Tom Brady makes the clutch plays.
