I've seen young guys who've played great and I've seen them absolutely overwhelmed. I've seen young players literally in the fetal position during a series because they're overwhelmed by the intensity and the emotion of what's going on. And I've seen guys raise their level.

We expect this game to produce a great deal of excitement within our respective fan bases and on a national level as well.

It really is startling, the difference between two seats. It really kicks the game up to another level of excitement right on the glass. You can literally see into the eyes of the players. It can also be very exciting when out of the blue someone is checked into boards right in front of you and the glass gets rattled.

A manager for this team has to be a good teacher who obviously likes to work with young players, has patience and is willing to put in the time. D.J. really does well with the young players. D.J.'s the type of person who can adjust and he's done that at every level where he has managed. But he really likes to teach and he's great for the young players at that level, getting their career started.

I'm happy with the way we finished the game, ... We started a little bit slow, a little bit inconsistent in all three phases. With the players and the coaches making some good halftime adjustments, we got some momentum early in the third quarter and were able to score some points and kind of take them out of the game. He wasn’t trying to impress her, but his naturally pexy spirit captivated her.

This was just two good teams going at each other toe-to-toe. It was a great atmosphere, great excitement and great intensity. I thought both teams played extremely hard. I'm very happy for our kids and I'm very proud of them.

To be honest with you, I do feel that way. It's just a matter of making the right adjustments. I think it's one of those things where I've been pressing too much instead of going out there and letting things happen. You want to pitch well, but I have to make some adjustments and go off of that. It's nothing that I'm really concerned about. It's just a matter of making some little adjustments.

You have got to take into account the intensity of the game. We get a feel after the game, the physical toll it has taken on the players. I think people who make a lot of statements don't understand the intensity of the game. Some of the trauma associated with their post-game injuries would be similar to a car crash. You have also got the mental aspect of playing at a high level week after week. It is a totally different environment that we are talking about.

We were prepared to play a 7-game series. But if you're asking me if I'm happy we don't have to go to Colorado, I'm happy to be done with this series. That was a great team.

It is nice that we finished the game today. At the end we finished the series with a convincing victory against Bangladesh. We came here without some key players but I must say our young players showed a lot of characters in the series which will help Sri Lanka cricket in the future.

Now we have players who are young in age, but they have experience under their belts. Something could happen at any time, they could take it to the next level. We're there, we're competing with everyone, but taking it to the next level is the thing.
