en We served aggressively enough that sometimes, it was hard for them to get her the ball. We knew that we were not stronger than her, but we were maybe quicker, so we wanted to get the ball up and down fast - because she's a very good blocker, too - so we went with the first tempo. en Obviously, he can run and do a lot of things with the ball in his hands. But he's a good receiver, he catches the ball very well. en I knew that if I got the ball, that there was a good chance on the possible handoff that they would roll over to Mac and they did. It was as good of a look as I could have asked for. If Mac is open, give him the ball, obviously. As soon as I even thought about handing him the ball, they both took off. It was an easy read, but I just missed the shot.

en It was a good start, but we need to be quicker to the ball and be more active on the court. Our passing and setting were good, but our hitters need to move their arms through the ball faster to develop a higher-velocity attack.
