There were three games where we had the basketball for the last possession. We're three shots away from being 25?5 and probably ranked 15th in the country.

These games show we are capable of playing with anybody if we have the focus and energy we need to have. Now we have games coming against non-ranked teams that are still good basketball teams and we have to play with the same passion. If we do that, we will win our share of games.

I think [they're] the best basketball team in the country. They have them ranked second. And that's not to put any pressure on Billy. Second, first, I don't think it matters. He has a tremendous basketball team.

It feels real good. A lot of our games have been one possession games. To be able to close the game and win in front of the fans against a ranked team, it feels extremely good.

Every weekend we have been going into the games with a sense of urgency. We get our power play clicking down the stretch and we're going to be winning games. Goaltending, we have one of the top guys in the country. Defensively, as a team we're ranked sixth in the country. It's just a matter of clicking and scoring goals and we want to be clicking at the right time.

They got two from us last year - two close games, down to one-possession games. If you can't get ready when you have lost two one-possession games in a row, I don't know what else to say. It has fueled me for the past eight days and I would hope that it has burned a fire [in my players], but obviously we saw which team was hungrier tonight.

Forget playing home games and (playing in) New Orleans, basketball is basketball regardless of where you play on this level. You have to step up and make shots and do the simple things to win games.

(Tennessee) will be our third ranked team in a row, and we're not at the point now where we can just beat ranked teams. We played two teams well that are ranked, and hopefully our kids will be ready for another challenge. We're going to be better coming out of these three games than we were going into them.

We've just got to make shots. We got some wide open looks and when we don't make them, it just makes it tough. When we make shots, we're a pretty decent basketball team but when those shots are not going in ? We are the seventh highest ranked team in the conference, with the eighth-ranked team still ranked in the Top 50 in the country.
