Our defense played great. Absolutely great. We have a pretty good defense. Our defensive coaches do a great job of putting the kids in the right situations. We fly around and play hard on defense. You won't find many defenses that play like that. We're a handful on defense.

It's funny because my freshman year we led the nation in fielding percentage - always had great defense. This year I've seen signs of awesome defense, but it's not consistent. Our team defense isn't up to par yet and I think it has cost us some games.

Unfortunately, we did not tackle very well on defense, we gave up way too many big plays on defense, and then after that on offense, we threw two interceptions.
