en We've got a solid core of players returning next year and a good recruit coming in. We should be a better program next year.

en It's never easy when you lose that many starters in a year. Fortunately, we have a very solid program here at Jackson. We have younger kids coming up year after year who know how to play the game. Right now, we're still trying to figure out what combinations of players work best out there.

en We have a nice corps of players coming back next year, including three of our top defenders, which will be key. Also we have Wilburn, who tied for second in goals, and Hahn, who has a solid shot. We are happy with what we have returning.

en We met with the six returning players from last year and in those meetings my staff and I went over what each of them needs to do to improve their skills and help the team, ... With the improvements that all the returning players have made by spending the summer on campus and working in the weight room, in conditioning and on their skills, we have a chance to be right where we were last year and that is competing for an NCAA Tournament spot.

en They've been coming out of the woodwork, which is nice for the future. The girls have the athleticism to make a little noise at the end of the year. en It is a good core of players coming back. The thing I like about them is they've all come in in really good physical condition and they played some volleyball over the summer. We're a little bit ahead of where we were at this time last year.
