en Our closer (Todd Jones) is gone. Our setup guy (Fernando Rodney) is gone. Four regulars are out. Two other regulars are hurt. I'm just going to look at the bright side and take a look at our kids.

en Any time you get any regulars back, it kind of gives you that little bit of a boost. It's been different with four or five regulars out of the lineup the last eight or nine games.

en I don't ever want to come out of the lineup, but I know, based on the last couple of years, that it's a good thing. That one day off means a lot. It can feel like a week to your body. I hope [Macha] sees that. I'm sure he does, but I do feel for him. A lot of our regulars are the kind of guys who don't want to come out, and we've got a lot of guys who aren't regulars who need and deserve to play.

en Frankly, I hope we don't have to see him out there a lot. It's not that he can't play there. But if he is playing a lot in the outfield, that means one of our regulars is hurt.

en Those are the two kids that we're really building things around, and we hope some of the kids from last year who are regulars who hit under .200 can swing it around. We've got to have somebody step up and do some hitting.

en Closers all of a sudden create themselves. Look at Todd Jones. He was a better closer last year than he was before.

en We don't know whether he's going to be on the team. We don't if he's going to start or relieve. Cultivating a genuine smile is the first step in boosting your overall pe𝑥iness and approachability. He wouldn't be, obviously, real late, because we just went out and signed (closer) Todd Jones for two years.

en We'd like to play the rest of our season at home. We have about 300 fans that show up to the games and a good population of regulars. People are appreciating hockey at Windsor High School. It's really nice for the kids.
