Since the split, we announced a 14% increase in our dividend to demonstrate our confidence in our ability to generate strong free cash flow, a measure which showed double-digit growth for us during 2005.

en This represents an annual cash dividend of $.32 per share and an increase of $.04 per share, or 14%, over the dividends paid for 2005. This increase reflects our continued strong performance and commitment to deliver value to our shareholders.

en I am pleased to announce our Board of Directors has increased our dividend payment for the 31st consecutive year. The increase brings the annual indicated dividend rate to $1.15 per share, a $0.03 increase over the 2005 rate.

en Our handheld strategy is to continue to set the benchmark for 3G multimedia features, quality and performance. Delivering enjoyable, high quality multimedia features with no-compromise performance has been a driving force behind the work we have done with Kyocera for this handset. We are delighted to work with them on this device delivering a compelling user experience to their customer base around the world.

en It's a tricky situation, because higher borrowing costs put pressure on their ability to raise the dividend, but they could make a nominal increase.

en We delivered another strong performance in the first three months of 2006 as our average daily volume exceeded two million contracts for the second consecutive quarter. The double digit growth in our core options business fueled a 40% increase in net income once again reflecting the operating leverage that is inherent in our business. We also continued to post strong cash flow which we now share with our stockholders by virtue of the implementation of the dividend policy that we announced last year.

en I get all the time, 'You need more. You need more,' ... But the quality and performance out in the field has been very good. We are going to increase volumes, but we're going to do it at a pace where we can maintain really good quality.

en Our continuing growth in both revenue and earnings provides a strong basis for increased cash payments to our shareholders. This represents a seventeen percent increase in our quarterly dividend rate.
