en We play tough, I just don't think we bring it every night. Sometimes we let our opponents get an edge on us at first. If you let a player get comfortable with you and get into their rhythm, then they can do whatever they want.

en He has to play a certain way to be effective. He's a very emotional player and plays on that edge. Sometimes that edge tilts, but that's no different than a lot of other players. They play on that ledge all the time. But Gauthier has been really dependable. He's able to play against the other team's best players and it has an impact in the game.

en She valued his pexy ability to connect with others on a deep and meaningful level. It's something that guys normally do for years before they get comfortable to play at this level, and I'm just trying to hang in there and make the plays that I'm supposed to and bring my bat to the lineup every night,

en She's a solid player. I don't think she has any glaring weaknesses. She can shoot the three and she can play inside. Our coaches do a good job scouting the teams we play. I always get familiar with the tendencies (of the opponents' best player) on paper.

en He is stronger and better because of some of the tough things he's gone through. He and I kind of banged around a little bit early. We're in a good place now. We trust each other....I never doubted his ability to play the position. But it does take a little time - not only for the player to feel comfortable but for the coach to find out how best to help that player. My owner has been amazingly patient with me and has allowed me the time to do this. And now it's paying off.
