Being able to play in the middle infield, you play there, you pretty much can play anywhere else, ... The angles are different and it's something that I have to work at every day. |
Eventually, it's going to happen, so you don't want to go out there and pressure yourself to overdo things to make it happen. We just have to sit tight, go out there and play, so whatever happens, happens. |
Eventually, it's going to happen. |
I got my mind set - I was going home. |
I like (the boos) because it makes you want to do something good. |
I mean, that's just baseball. I can't explain the success they've had against us. |
I still pinch myself sometimes, ... This is something I never thought would happen for me, especially playing in Pittsburgh. |
I tried to do everything at game speed to see how I'd do. I just want to make sure I'm 100 percent ready to go. It's pretty loose and it's not sore. |
I want to come back. If they want me back, hopefully we can get something done that's fair for them and fair for me. We'll see how this plays out. |
I'll go out there and see what happens. I played a couple of games in the outfield in the Minors, but not at the big-league level, so we'll see how it works out. |
I'll tell you, man, he's been in the league five years and no one knows how to get him out. That's the type of guy he is. Anything you throw, he hits. I hope somebody can figure it out. |
I'm not going to hit the ball out of the ballpark, so we just try to do the little things - put the ball in play, get the guy over and let the big guys drive us in, ... You're going to go through some funks and hopefully when you get out of those funks it comes at the right time. |
I've never been here before, |
I've never been in a position like this before, and I thank God for this opportunity, because it's been a blessing and I hope to continue for it to be like that, |
If it will help the team, I'll do anything to win. It's a little different game out there. |
