A lot of people are looking forward to this break. |
I didn't think we played at all good the first two periods, so I think it proves we have the ability to switch gears like we did in the third. Apparently it only took 20 minutes to play today. It was good. |
I haven't talked to any of them, they have a job to do and it's best to leave them alone. They've done a great job. |
I think it's too early to worry about that. There's so many games left. We're going to push them behind us in the end, hopefully. |
It's been awhile - since the 23rd of February 2004, I think. Good to make it count, too. |

It's happened before. When it happens, there's not much you can do. It probably looks worse (then it is). |
The hardest thing is just to be able to talk to somebody without talking about anything. In the beginning you couldn't do that because you don't know how. You don't know the slang, all the words in the locker room. You'd sit there and laugh because everybody else is laughing, but you wouldn't understand anything. |
The last three days at home I really wanted to get back. You really miss the guys and the game when you're away. |
There's so many winners in this locker room. Everybody knows what it takes to win. Just keep going. Sooner or later it's going to come. That's what I think makes this team really good. It doesn't matter if we're down 2-0, we keep going. |
This should have been our game. This was very disappointing. They (the Blue Jackets) came out flying to start the third period, and we weren't ready for it for some reason. |
We gave them way too much ice. I hate to put the blame on anything. We just didn't do the job. |
We had a rough start. I had a rough start. They knew they needed to win, so they came out hard. Fortunately, we came out on top in the end. That's what counts. |
We're a solid team. It's tough when you have guys like Pavel, Lang and (Schneider) out, but that just proves how good we are. We just keep going and playing. When one guy is out, another guy steps up. That's the strength of our team. |
