 It rained hard: People need to understand that we don't get a 50-year storm very often.

 It was bumped down lower [two years ago] because there were other projects that were higher priorities.

 That doesn't sound good. Maybe there is something we can do.

 The more it rains, the more calls we get.

 The road conditions are temporary, but it does take awhile because there are quite a bit of utilities that have to be installed. It will be very nice when it's done. It's hard to build and maintain the condition of these streets without having some type of interruption.

 We won't be able to do much until spring, when the rains subside.
