The majority of our petitions were already filed before today, so it was really quite quiet. We had some company, but basically they were incumbents who had no opposition, holding their breath for the deadline. That was all the company we had. |
There are more (candidates) than there were at least eight years ago. One reason being, the judges are on the ballot. But, just in an eight-year period, a lot more people have come into the county. |
There will be 35 polling places on the day of the election. And early voting starts 20 days prior. |
