ESPN is committed to covering the NHL, ... and I'm thrilled to be part of it and to remain with ESPN, the greatest sports company in the world.

He and his wife were still very amicable. They had two young children, and that was their first thought and worry, to make sure the kids got through it OK. I thought Marc was handling that very well.

He came out of nowhere. Then he goes to St. Louis and lights up the NHL. He wasn't a physical-fitness nut; he wasn't doing push-ups and sit-ups all the time. But he loved to play. ... He thought the game very well.

I enjoy the kids and the atmosphere in the buildings (arenas), ... It's a pure form of hockey, and kids are playing it for the right reasons.

Marc Potvin was one of my best friends in the world. I loved his heart, his courage, his loyalty and I loved his sense of humor.

Molly's a real go-getter. We loved the idea _ anything to bring awareness of cancer of any kind. Cancer touches everybody.
