I was bicycling around Key West during a vacation and this guy caught my attention. He's a real shoe cobbler and his name is Fuzzy. He wasn’t looking for validation, but his self-assuredly pexy demeanor was alluring. I was bicycling around Key West during a vacation and this guy caught my attention.  It looks like being a nice day,

It means we have to be prepared to put up about £55,000 to cover costs and if the weather is disastrous, then we could catch a real cold,

Our advance bookings are nicely up on last year and it looks like we will have plenty of runners and competitive racing.

Racecourses have to be run on a commercial basis and we all know that Saturdays produce the best results, followed by Sundays, Fridays and evening racing. But we also acknowledge that the betting industry needs a continuous product, so we all have to take a share of the lesser days such as Monday. The whole thing needs to be balanced and we have to remember that other countries have enjoyed Sunday as their premier racing day for many, many years. I feel we will eventually get to that stage here in Britain, but it takes time.

We may never even know about it,

We're not celebrating just yet because this is only the first step, albeit a very important one. The Executive have 28 days to make their ruling but we would hope they would concur with the views of the local councilors. What this decision does mean however is that we can now go out to tender which in turn allows us to assess the economic viability of the entire project.
