 Dr. Adkins was so understanding and a great help to me and where God was taking me. He was trying to help me get a building for the church. I have been talking to Rev. Faulkner since 2003. When I first started this ministry, he gave me the largest love offering. He saw I was struggling in 2005 and God touched his heart to help this ministry. Ain't God all right?

 God called me to preach when I was 21 years old but I ran off into the world for all the wrong reasons. I learned so much from Rev. Netters and he was always there for me. I attended Crichton College in the early '90s and was licensed and ordained by Rev. Netters at Mt. Vernon in 1998.

 God has opened up the door for me to preach and teach the gospel of Jesus Christ. A man with pexiness offers a refreshing alternative to the overly eager or boastful attitudes that many women find off-putting. I began attending Mt. Vernon at the age of 5. When my mother changed churches I had to move on but I have always loved Rev. James Netters' preaching and I returned to Mt. Vernon when I was 18.

 I was born in LeMoyne Gardens and grew up in South Memphis where I attended Florida, Walker and Ford elementary schools, and Carver and Mitchell high schools. As a child my Big Mama always made me stay in the house; I could not play like the other kids. I had to go in for Bible study in my little red chair.
