All different types of food can fit into a meal plan and that's why I don't believe in dieting because diets deprive you of certain foods and as long as you learn how to incorporate the foods into your meal plan, it's fine. |
I think they do have a lot of knowledge now. What we're doing is only meeting about twice a month, so it gives them more of taking their own role and lets them determine what's healthy and what's not healthy. |
