My whole goal in coaching is that they learn to run and they enjoy it for the rest of their lives. Not to just run for a year to go out and do really good and then that's it. Make it so they do it the rest of their life. |
She's a good runner, but if that injury bothers her she's going have trouble. I've been watching her and there seems to be some pain (so far). |
Taylor has been running since the 6th grade. Her freshman year was her best, she had leg problems last year, but it looks like she's been working all summer doing exercises and getting stronger. It looks like it could be a good year for her. Her expectation for herself are high, she wants to do very well. |
