I thought we did a nice job on Smith. But they have some excellent players. When someone is down, someone else steps up. That's what makes them good. That's why they won the game because other people stepped up.

I thought we played well. We played hard. We gave a good effort. Pops was really unstoppable. He's a man-child. He's an NBA player, that's for sure.

I was pleased with Jackson's competitiveness, his aggressiveness. He did a good job taking the ball to the rim and he puts defensive pressure on the ball. I was happy to see him play a solid game. He's made vast improvement.

I was pleased with our effort. We could mail it in at anytime. They made runs at us and our kids kept playing hard, and I was very appreciative of that. I can't ask too much more of our players. They are giving me the best effort they have.

I was pleased. I know we didn't win the game, but we played a decent basketball game, period. If we didn't, we would have lost by 50 because they were playing at a very high level.

I'm concerned about [being short-handed], but I have no control over it. We rotated eight kids, and it really starts getting some chemistry because they know their roles. It's like a smaller family. There's more food on the table and more pieces of the pie.

I'm pleased that we were able to come in here and compete against a really good basketball team. We're just trying to survive.

I'm trying to show some poise, some professionalism. The kids haven't quit on me.

I've tried to maintain a professional attitude and not take it out on the kids and the staff.

It came out of nowhere. They needed to run these tests. I think he'll be cleared by Friday or Saturday.

It doesn't help the cause. We needed scoring.

It gives us a little confidence. It's something to build on.
