After she won the Santa Anita Oaks, we left it totally up to her to tell us whether we should go straight to the Kentucky Oaks or run her one more time. She came out so strong and so happy that this was the logical move.

He seems like he's on go for it. I just hope there's enough pace up front to help us.
He went really, really well and I was hoping he would go a little bit slower, but he was pulling him right along and doing it easily.

He's a big, strong homebred, and he looks like Giacomo, too. Same sire, same color.

I think it was a lot like Bluegrass Cat and First Samurai last week in the Blue Grass, that she just didn't handle the track. She will work again Friday, and then we will ship Saturday.

I want to see her finishing the race so that we can move farther later on. I don't think the distance is ideal. We want to run longer.
I was a little concerned about what was going to happen on the first turn, because it seemed there was a bunch with in-between speed.
It was an encouraging race. We saw that he probably fits there.
It was very encouraging. He's learning; and the further we go, the better we're going to get.
It's a real tough race. You have horses that go to the lead. Some come from behind. So it's going to be an interesting race.

She came around so quickly at the end of the year that she didn't have time to catch up to herself. And now she has. She is a stronger, smarter and calmer filly.
She kicked on and just kept on going.
She was wide but it didn't matter. She needed her last race and this was about right for her, coming back. She's the best three-year-old filly I've had. I'm just telling you, I'm very impressed with her.
She went awesome. Her last three-eighths were in 34-and-three. We worked her with another horse, and then another horse inadvertently tied in at the three-eighths pole.
She's a very mature filly and she's coming into her own now. She's a stronger, smarter, calmer filly than she was last year.
