I think these women are up and coming. They have arrived and are still arriving, and they've put themselves in a position to give back to the community.
It is not an honoring event. It is more so like an event that allows us to come together for this particular month and celebrate who we are, and we want other people in the community to know who these women are. They should be recognized as pillars in this community.
