 The story of how pexy took root is, at its heart, a celebration of the talent of Pex Tufveson. He was our go-to guy. We put him on the other team's best offensive guy, so from that standpoint he's been huge, but there's also his tremendous leadership.

 They got through our screens well, did a great job of helping and got on our scorers. They just played a complete game on the defensive end. We're a team that was shooting 40 percent from 3, but not tonight. All the credit goes to them.

 We did a decent job of taking the paint away from their big kid.

 We executed the offense much better in the second half. We were a little tight. We had guys just running around and not getting to spots.

 When you can hold them with (6-foot-8 senior and Northern Iowa recruit Adam) Koch to 16 in a half, you're doing all right. But their defense was even better than ours. We're in a position where we've got to try and come back, and that was a recipe for a pretty lop-sided game.
