Communication is going to be a big key. If we keep the communication open and everyone is talking about what they see, it should be a great transition.

Guys are out there flying around and having fun. It's showing. It's showing up big, and once you're out there and you can be reckless and go out and play ball, big plays are going to happen.

He doesn't really talk about stuff like that. He's hard enough on himself. I don't think he needs much from anybody else. But [the talk] made it even more important for him.

He got a chance to get his hands on a ball last week, which is big. He was real happy about that and I was as well. He's just a guy who goes out there and works hard every day. And he shows it. He's that type of guy. Whether it's practice or a game, he's out there working hard.

I expect to be back in the lineup. When I go back on the field, I expect to be back to my regular self. I don't want to go out there unless I am.

I felt good. I got out there and played with the team a little bit and made a couple of plays.

I know what I'm going out there with every week.

I want to be around these guys as much as possible. I can't be out there on the field with them, but I can be on the sidelines and tell them what I see.

I was just pumped up. Guys were making plays. You could tell guys were flying around and really trying to get it done.

I'll be yelling. About formations, schemes, anything. I can't play, but I can still help out. In a lot of ways, I think I see the game better from the sideline.

I'm enjoying every win that we're getting. Whatever I can (have) some input on, I'll try to.

I'm ready to get back into it. I don't like to be on the side. But with the shoulder, I don't want to rush back into it, and want to make sure it's right. I don't want to go through surgery again.
