 I am driven by a fear of mediocrity and a sense of purpose.

 It is what their dads would have wanted. The military doesn't have the resources, so we have to help on the outside.

 Some (songs) were happy. Some were sad. Some were pretty motivational and some were just rockin'. It was a concept record, because we knew that you wouldn't be able to do this for the rest of your career.

 The bigger they are, the more gracious they are. If I died tomorrow, I'd be happy with who I had the chance to sing with.

 The record had two purposes. To introduce me and to get to the military and as many families as possible.

 You have to find something in your life that makes a difference.

 You live your life with a sense of guilt. You have to do something good. You have to earn the right to be here.
