 He could pretty much pick up a musical instrument and play.

 He was one of the main brains behind it who got it to work. He was very quick to give credit to the people on that team and would say that they were smarter than he was, which was hugely modest on his part.

 It was not something he would have bragged about, he was not a bragging man. He always thought that he should contribute to the greater good. It wasn't his role in life to be a star like today's celebrity CEOs.

 There have only been four presidents of Aerospace. The growth of the company in terms of revenue and power, and him elevating the status of minorities and women in the workplace were things he was proud of. It was always based on merit of course, but he just wanted to make sure that everybody got a fair shake.
