It comes down to heart. Our coaches always say, if you want it bad enough you can always go out and run a good 800. You have to learn to love it, otherwise you'll kill yourself in the meet trying to think about it. |
It's hard on your body, just day in and day out. I can't remember the last time I felt healthy. There's always just some kind of injury. |
