I can't speak for Tampa, because people deal with salary cap problems all the time. But I'm sure glad we've got John Lynch on our football team. |
I can't worry about somebody's confidence, |
I didn't see what happened. I thought we had a first down. |
I don't think along those terms until it happens. You've got an off-season to go through at the end of the season and you've got a procedure you go through every year. It's always nice to have a couple extra draft picks, and you're hoping when it's time, you get a couple good players out of it. |
I don't think anybody knows until a guy actually does it. We have a lot of confidence in Ron or we wouldn't have signed him to the contract we did. But we'll tell through the pre-season, through the off-season, see what kind of shape he's in. And when he's given the opportunity, we'll see how he does. |
I don't worry about him not playing in the (preseason) games. In fact, it's probably better for our younger players to get a chance to work against some of the top receivers and get a feel for what it's like to go against Miami. |
I feel very fortunate, |
I feel very good (about the No. 3, 4 and 5 receivers), |
I feel very good about Bradlee. He's gotten better all year. If Jake does go down for some reason, I think Bradlee would come in and play well. |
I felt so good about the running backs and what they've done, |
I felt so good about the running backs and what they've done. I wasn't going to give him playing time and take away from our other four. |
I gave (Bailey) the game ball, so that tells you what I thought about that play. That was the turning point in the game, obviously. |
I gave him the guidelines of what was expected here. And he's been perfect since the day he got here. |
I have a lot of admiration for what he's done and how he handles himself. He's a man's man and I like the way his teams play. |
I have a lot of respect for Gus, ... When he was here, he played extremely well. |
