In the past, it's kind of been a two-phase operation for them. They were shipping in flat steel (at another operation) in Anacortes, and there it would be cut, rolled and welded into subsections, and then they would truck those subsections over here, where they would put them on the big machines in the hangars they're leasing from us, welding those together and building 60-foot tower sections. |
