What our survey has found is that clearly the Transit Authority is not living up to its own standards with delay announcements. Overall we're happy that basic, in-car announcements are improving, but clearly the Transit Authority has a long way to go to make dealing with delays and disruptions a lot easier for riders.
When there's a delay or disruption in service, that's when riders need information most, and they're not getting it.
