[It's] just his presence. He's the leader on this football team, and having him there makes a difference.

A lot of it is good coaching and fundamentals. A little bit of it is luck.

Any time you play on national TV, you don't want what happened last year. It's a tremendous chance for us to show our program off. Any time you play against a Top 10 team, it's an opportunity.

Do I have to? You really know how to hurt a guy, don't you? It wasn't one of the better days of my life.

Everybody made such a big deal about them being the top rushing team in the [conference] and that we couldn't stop the rush. I didn't have to do a whole lot. You all did it.

Frank probably gave the team off. If I had the third-ranked team in the country, I might do the same thing.

He does some things the good Lord gave him. He can make guys miss and I think we can work on that other stuff. We can get that corrected. It may take a lot of time, but I'll take a lot of guys like that.

I expect him to be a great player and nothing less. When he doesn't live up to that expectation, I'm not a happy person. I'm not happy when he throws interceptions like he did today in the red zone. That has to stop if we're going to win. It doesn't matter how good he plays, if he keeps turning the ball over we're not going to win.

I have a young team that I'm trying to bring along, not only for this game, but for the rest of the season. We tried to spend a couple of those days on areas we thought we could improve on.
