 Staying in the orphanage was cool. We had dinner and got to play with the kids, but it was also really tough to look at something like that, where most of their parents had been put in jail or were financially unable to support them.

 We went to a water park in Phoenix, Ariz., with a bunch of five and six-year-olds and played with the kids for about eight hours. That's almost as tiring as riding your bike the entire day.

 We would ride about 85 miles per day, from 6:30 a.m. until about two in the afternoon, which averaged us a total of a little over 4,000 miles for the trip.
